Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist you and manage all your exchange requests!

Our exchange policy is valid for 3 days from the date the product was received, and only applies if the product is in its original condition including all the accessories from the packaging, photos, cartons, catalogs and all the Packaging Materials. Based on this, the product can be replaced within a maximum period of 3 days.

Products purchased through our website can be exchanged directly by visiting one of our branches in Khalda or Sweifieh.
We do not exchange personal use products such as pillows and mattresses for the safety of all our customers.
Our exchange policy is valid for 3 days starting from the date the product was received.
